Basic Glove Designs for Standard "Long" Gloves
Port Size
The standard port size is 6, 8, or 10". The port size is determined by measuring the circumference and dividing by 3.14. Ports can be round or oval.
Glove Material
Latex Technology manufactures gloves in these materials:
Butyl, Hypalon, Neoprene, Hypalon-Lead Loaded Neoprene-Hypalon, Polyurethane, Polyurethane-Hypalon, Hypalon-Viton, and Natural Rubber.
The glove material is chosen based on the chemical, and mechanical properties specific to each material.
Thickness
The Standard Thickness of our gloves is either 15 mil or 30 mil. The thickness of a glove is chosen based on dexterity and level of hazard. Custom thickness is available for specific applications.
Length
Our standard length is 32" +/-/ 1". Custom lengths are available depending on material and port size.
Hand Sizes
Hand sizes vary depending on material, port size and style of glove.

We offer 2 standard thicknesses (15/30 mil) and lengths are available from 30 to 32 inches.
As some applications may be very particular, we can produce custom gloves in various lengths and thicknesses.
All of our gloves are individually inspected and go through an air leak test (1hr) to detect defects.
All of our gloves are individually printed with the glove model/lot/batch number, and are individually packed in a black pouch to protect them from UV rays and aging.
